DAX Hovers Around Record Highs
The DAX in Frankfurt was little changed near record highs of 24,415 on Tuesday, amid some caution ahead of a key US inflation report and the kickoff of the quarterly earnings season among major banks, including JP Morgan.
Meanwhile, investors continued to monitor geopolitical developments while also weighing risks to the central bank’s independence.
Among stocks, Symrise surged nearly 7% on plans to divest its terpenes business and launch a large share buyback.

DAX Up Marginally
BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) – German stocks gained marginal ground in positive territory Friday morning. Data showing an unexpected growth in the nation’s industrial output in the month of November aided sentiment. Investors remained a bit cautious, looking ahead to U.S. non-farm payroll data, due later in the day.
The benchmark DAX was up 26.37 points or 0.1% at 25,152.28 about a quarter before noon.

DAX Hits the new High
DAX recorded strong gains on Monday to touch an all-time high. The rally was led by gains in defense stocks amid rising geopolitical tensions.
Aerospace business Rheinmetall topped with gains of close to 7 percent. Siemens Energy followed with gains of 4.4 percent. Infineon Technologies also added 2.2 percent.

DAX Extends Gains but Set for Weekly Drop
Frankfurt’s DAX advanced 0.4% to around 24,280 on Friday, extending gains from the previous session amid expectations of additional US rate cuts next year and reduced bets on ECB rate hikes in 2026.
On the economic front, German consumer confidence was expected to decline significantly heading into January 2026, while producer prices fell more than anticipated in November.
Leading the gains were Siemens Energy (+1.1%), HeidelbergCement (+1.3%), and Deutsche Post (+0.7%).
Despite Friday’s advance, the index is down 0.4% for the week, on track for its first weekly loss in four.

DAX Edges Higher Ahead Of ECB Interest Rate Announcement
BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) – Germany’s benchmark stock index DAX moved higher on Thursday in largely cautious trades as investors looked ahead to the monetary policy announcements from the Bank of England and the European Central Bank, and the inflation data, and personal consumption expenditure report from the U.S.
The BoE is scheduled to announce its rate decision at 7 am ET, while the ECB’s decision is due at 8:15 am ET.
The BoE is expected to lower interest rate by 25 basis points, while the ECB is widely seen holding rates steady.
The benchmark DAX was up 79.90 points or 0.33% at 24,035.61 about a quarter past noon.

DAX Index
Frankfurt’s DAX edged up to trade above 24,185 on Wednesday
Traders gear up for a busy Thursday of central bank decisions across Europe while watching for updates on the Ukraine peace negotiations.
Defense stocks, which have recently come under renewed pressure, are heading for a recovery, with Rheinmetall rising 2.3%.
Resistance line of the Correction channel was broken, and if DAX manages today to stay above it and preferably close above 24.300 we will have a Bullish formation that can lead to test of High at 24.770

DAX Index – Weekly
As Holidays are approaching, my mood becomes more positive…so let’s speculate a bit on the good side 😀
When I put the trendlines, MA’s and all other technical stuff aside and think of a possibility of positive developments in the Europe – mostly End of The War in Ukraine, I can see DAX targeting levels close to 30K.
Outrageous you might think…well, maybe but as I said – let’s be Positive for a change…
There are trillion reasons that might turn this speculation into pure crap, and it is technically easier to see Dax on Sub 20K levels….but I have never been a Doom’s Day Caller…except when it comes to EURUSD….but it’s just me

DAX Index
Germany’s DAX rose over 1% to surpass the 23,300 mark on Monday, after significant losses last week, amid renewed optimism on a Fed’s rate cut in December even as policymakers remain divided.
At the same time, traders focused on the potential for a positive solution to the Russia-Ukraine peace talks.
However, the sentiment remains fragile amid lingering fears of a potential bubble in the tech sector, especially those related to AI. Bayer jumped over 8%, after the pharmaceutical and chemical company announced positive study results for its anticoagulant Asundexian, used in the treatment of strokes.

EURUSD UPDATE
EURUSD 4 HOUR CHART

:Tip: When you see all green candles, such as on this 15 minute EURUSD (same for any market), it indicates some real money (in this case) buying until it paused at a resistance where sellers stepped in.
Point of the tip is trying to fade the move up when candles are all one color is fighting real money flows where you are acting more like a liquidity provider than a trader

DAX Index Advances to New Highs
Germany’s DAX gained ground on Thursday, rising 0.5% to cross the 24,700 mark, a fresh record high, driven by expectations of US rate cuts, despite lackluster local economic data.
With this break today road is open for new achievements.
Based on technical outlook, target is now at 25.630
Supports that need to hold for it to happen:
24.360, 24.345 & 24.270

DAX Index
Failing to overcome 23.845 Dax is left in pretty dire situation for tomorrow.
It should test support – previous low at 23.480 and most probably hit the lower low in the process..
23.380 is the last line of defence here – if it holds, Dax would be in a position to start Up again, but if lost road is clear till at least 23.050

DAX Index
Dax is sneaking up to that channel support line at 23.650
Resistances just above the head are: 24.045 & 24.155
Losing of 23.650 might be a very bad news for Dax, as it opens a Pandora box – 23.000 would be tested and that is the “All Bets Off” level….
But let’s not rush into conclusions right now – let’s see how it develops from here.

DAX Index
Dax is in the consolidation for exactly month and half now, and we should see some real moves soon.
For as long as it is comfortably situated within the upper channel – 23.700-25.200 it has a potential to run for a new high.
But first we have to see it breaking above 24.450
Resistances: 24.205, 24.315 & 24.355
Supports: 24.035, 23.820 & 23.700

DAX Down for 2nd Day
The DAX in Frankfurt fell 0.8% to trade below 24,100 on Tuesday, marking a second consecutive decline as it tracked losses across European markets amid ongoing political turmoil in France.
French Prime Minister François Bayrou warned about the country’s debt problems as he called for a confidence vote in the National Assembly on September 8.
Opposition parties—including the far-right National Rally, France Unbowed, and the Greens—said they would not back the vote, raising the risk of the government’s collapse and increasing political instability.
At the same time, investors weighed more Trump’s tariff threats and ongoing geopolitical uncertainties.

DAX Index
Supports: 24.245, 24.150 & 23.945
Resistances: 24.395, 24.535 & 24.640
Intraday – Dax is currently consolidating as long as it stays above 24.150
Anything below it might turn into correction
It has to push above 24.315 in order to continue Up.
Targets up there are 24.925 & 25.135
However, if it loses 24.150 two targets on the down side are:
23.740 & 23.600
