NAS100 (NASDAQ) 4 HOUR: Trading on hope?
Holding above the 27444 low (27484 low) giving some hope for the battered bull side but would need to regain 28K (tested earlier) to slow the risk. Otherwise, risk stays on the downside.
Only above 28595 and the 4 hour trendline would negate the risk.

Newsquawk Daily Asia-Pac Opening News – 8th June 2026
US stocks were hit hard on Friday, with the Nasdaq-100 the clear laggard, falling more than 4% as technology stocks remained under pressure. Broadcom (AVGO) extended losses following its earnings report earlier in the week, while additional weakness came after the FT reported that
Meta (META) is considering raising tens of billions of dollars through a stock offering. However, the main macro driver of the session was the stronger-than-expected US jobs report, which set the tone for trading throughout the day and spurred Fed rate hike bets, with traders now fully pricing a 25bp Fed rate hike by year-end, compared with around 16bps of tightening priced before the release.

In this regard, the 2 levels the do not want to see broken are 28660 (briefly broken) and 28460 as there is a big void below it (starting with 28000).
To negate the threat, risk mood needs to shift to risk on and 29120 needs to be broken.
