US500 4 HOUR: Consolidating
Consolidating within a 7692-7753 (on this CFD chart) in a market where month/quarter end rebalancing/position adjustment flows will likely dominate in the next few days. To negate a risk that the moce off the lower high is anything more than a retracement followed by a pause above 7645 (50%), 7650 needs to hold.

NAS100 4 HOUR: Consolidating
Consolidating ahead month/quarter end where rebalancing/position adjustment flows will likely dominate in the next few days.
To prevent the move off the lower high (following a new record peak at 30818) is anything more than consolidation after the retracement paused above 30030 (38.2%), 30K needs to hold.

USDJPY VS. USDCHF: Moving in opposite directions
Price action suggests the Swiss franc taking over as a favored funding currency with divergent monetary policies plus stepped up verbal intervention in Japan today seeing USDCHF and USDJPY moving in opposite directions. Next key USDCHF resistance is at .8476 (weekly) USDJPY so far finding support at 156.50 Path of least resistance has been in CHFJPY (watch 188.45 support/double bottom)

Gold is extending its decline within a descending channel, tracking the pullback from the August highs, and slipping below the short-term uptrend line and 4,200. The move raises the risk of a deeper retracement of the August rally, while trading below key moving averages keeps the near-term bias bearish.
